The Certified Professional (CP) Program provides a streamlined pathway to building permit issuance in municipalities across BC that participate in the program — including Vancouver, Surrey, Burnaby, Abbotsford, Maple Ridge, Squamish, and Langley, among others.

As Certified Professionals, we facilitate phased building permit submissions, allowing developers to advance early construction activities such as excavation and shoring while the remaining building components proceed through review — helping reduce approval timelines and accelerate project delivery.
